RETURN / EXCHANGE

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase and would you rather exchange or return it? Let us know and we will solve it for you. The return of a product is allowed up to 14 days after purchase. This two-week period is also called the cooling-off period in the context of the right of withdrawal. The costs for returning your home to the webshop are for your own account.

Return registration:
Please use the return form on our website. Here you can indicate which item you wish to return. You will receive a return label in your mailbox to return the shipment to Off Grid Power Station free of charge.

How to proceed when we have received your product back:
All return products are tested upon receipt. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. So has your product been used just too much? Then we won’t let you down. You will then receive 75% of the original purchase price. If a refund is made, it will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
