Guarantee: Sigenergy guarantees that the battery system will retain at least 70% of its capacity after 10 years, or up to a certain number of MWh, depending on the type of battery. For the 5 kWh battery, this is 15.85 MWh, for the 8 kWh battery 23.77 MWh, and for the 16 kWh battery 47.54 MWh. During this period, Sigenergy offers a warranty on both the performance and quality of the battery, including any manufacturing defects.

If problems arise within the warranty period, Sigenergy will provide repair or replacement at no additional cost to the customer. It is wise to check the exact warranty conditions when purchasing the home battery, as they may vary by model or region.
