Guarantee
It sometimes happens that a product unexpectedly breaks down. If this is done within 14 days of purchase, the product can be returned according to our return conditions. If the product is older than 14 days, you are entitled to the legal manufacturer’s warranty via Off Grid Power Station. This means that you return the product to Off Grid Power Station and we then offer the item to the manufacturer for review. Is the defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty? In most cases, the item will be replaced or repaired free of charge and the product will be returned by Off Grid Power Station free of charge.
If a defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the product can be repaired in most cases. The costs of this are borne by the buyer, as well as the shipping costs. Before the product is repaired, you will always receive a quote from Off Grid Power Station. If you are aware of the costs, it is up to you to decide whether you want to have the item repaired or not.
Complaints
We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@offgridpowerstation.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
